It’s the first textbook in Cyprus to cover this area at this scale, offering practical insight into how foreign judgments are recognised and enforced across various legal fields—civil and commercial matters, family law, bankruptcy, and arbitration. The study covers judgments from EU Member States, third countries, and foreign arbitral awards, highlighting both the legal framework and the practical application of these rules in different contexts.
