Kriton Dionysiou was honoured to participate in the 2025 Summer Course on International Arbitration, jointly organised by the Open University of Cyprus, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the University of Hamburg, among others. The course brought together academics, legal practitioners, and students for a week of in-depth exploration of current issues in international arbitration.
As part of the programme, Kriton delivered a presentation on the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, a topic that continues to serve as a cornerstone of international dispute resolution. His talk focused on the practical and doctrinal dimensions of enforcement, with particular emphasis on the application of the New York Convention, recent developments in comparative jurisprudence, and the ongoing challenges that arise in cross-border commercial contexts.
