We are pleased to share that our founder, Kriton Dionysiou, contributed to the recently published book Civil Procedure in Cyprus, a comprehensive new reference work on the rules governing civil litigation. His chapters address the service of documents and the challenge of court jurisdiction—two fundamental aspects of the reformed procedural system.
The publication comes at a pivotal time, following the introduction of the new Civil Procedure Rules, which represent a fundamental shift in the way civil justice is administered in Cyprus. We are glad to have been able to contribute to a resource intended to support the legal profession as it adapts to these important changes.
